Noor Riyadh

For the fifth edition of Noor Riyadh, the city-wide festival that has turned Riyadh's urban landscape into a living artwork, we were invited to translate its 2025 theme “In the Blink of an Eye” from the urban canvas to the table.
The gala dinner was conceived as an experience in its own right: a culinary and sensory journey that mirrored the festival's meditation on transformation, perception, and the fleeting beauty of a single moment. Every element (from the composition of each course to the aesthetic architecture of the evening) was crafted to evoke the tension between the ephemeral and the monumental.
Set against the backdrop of a festival that has turned Riyadh's skyline into a living artwork, our table became a stage, where the craft of cooking met the language of light, and where guests didn't simply dine, but were briefly, brilliantly, transported.

Where the world's foremost minds in tourism, investment, and government gathered to reshape an industry, the table was set to match the moment. For the inaugural TOURISE Summit, powered by the Saudi Ministry of Tourism, we delivered a gala dinner that spoke the language of Saudi hospitality at its most refined.
Each course was composed with intention, weaving local culinary heritage with contemporary technique a quiet but eloquent reflection of what Saudi Arabia is offering the world, not just as a destination, but as a host.

An evening that embodied Saudi Arabia’s past, present, and future, this gala dinner for the UN Tourism General Assembly was designed as a heartfelt welcome and an invitation into a nation that embraces its heritage while opening its arms to the world.

In May 2024, we had the pleasure of creating a menu inspired by the MENA regions and diverse terrains for the 21st Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Conference hosted by London Business School as part of the year's theme "Pathways to Prosperity: Visions, Ventures, and Values".
Celebrating 100M Visitors in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
We were honored to have curated the menu for the Ministry of Tourism of Saudi Arabia's celebration of reaching 100 million visitors, a milestone achieved seven years ahead of schedule. This event, marked by His Excellency Ahmed AlKhateeb's inspiring speech, showcased the Ministry's remarkable achievements and the vibrant future of tourism in our nation.
Wadi AlFann, AlUla
In the heart of the mesmerizing oasis of AlUla, an extraordinary event unfolded under the starlit sky, dubbed ‘Campfire Tales: Crossroads of Creativity’. This unique gathering was a celebration of the seamless fusion between nature, art, and culinary finesse, set against the backdrop of the #WadiAlFann Immersive Experience.
Our involvement in this prestigious event was marked by the curation of a distinct menu, aptly named "A Return to Earth". This culinary venture was a heartfelt homage to the bountiful natural crops of AlUla, a true testament to the oasis's generous offerings.
Balad AlFann, Jeddah
Al Balad is the heart and soul of Jeddah, overflowing with culture and history. It's the perfect canvas for any art story.
Balad Al Fann is a project under the theme “Past Forward” and it features art exhibitions, music programs, various art activities and of course, local culinary experiences.
