Sukūn Retreat

14-17 October 2025

The Cotswolds, United Kingdom

Sukūn (سُكون) — often translated as stillness, calm, or tranquility. Carries a deep spiritual significance that goes beyond the literal meaning of physical stillness.

This transformative retreat is more than just a relaxing time away— this retreat offers a unique opportunity to shed the old and embrace renewal, deepening your connection to nature and your inner wisdom in a screen-free environment with qualified practitioners that will guide you on designing a life you love.

About Your Host

Nawal is a holistic health and wellness coach as well as a nutritional chef and culinary curator. She values community and human connection, authentic living and breaking limiting beliefs to design and live a life we love.

During this retreat, Nawal will share her personal story from being a single mother to building a successful business while moving to a new country and “daring greatly” throughout.

She will hold coaching workshops as well as prepare culinary delights for you to enjoy during your stay. She has also invited other professionals in the holistic health space to share their knowledge from breath work to meditation to learning about your gut microbiome and how to support your mental, physical, and emotional health throughout.

This retreat will be a screen free environment to break your usual routine and habits, help make space for the new and shed the old, and immerse yourself in this transformational experience in a safe and intentional setting.
