Let your spirit flow through our carefully curated mindful workshops that blend creativity with wellness, helping you shed old habits and discover new joys. Nawal AlKhalawi will lead 3 culinary workshops that aims to create healthier habits in the kitchen and teach you new skills that nourish both body and soul.
Let's embrace the opportunity to reconnect by taking a break from our phones and technology. This gathering is exclusively for women, offering a serene environment for us to bond and rejuvenate. During this time, we'll also practice fasting from 9pm to 12pm the next day, allowing our bodies and minds to detoxify and reset.
